The Alabama Empire are a disciplined, competitive indoor development football organization built to represent Alabama with toughness, precision, and pride. The Empire were formed with a clear purpose: to create a structured, accountable football environment where athletes are developed the right way—through preparation, trust, and consistent standards. The organization competes with intensity while maintaining a long-term vision focused on growth, culture, and opportunity.

At every level of the organization, the Alabama Empire operate with a development-first mindset. Talent is respected, but accountability is required. Practices are structured, expectations are clear, and standards are enforced consistently. The program is designed to challenge athletes mentally and physically, helping them mature as players while reinforcing habits that translate beyond indoor football.

Leadership & Ownership
The Alabama Empire are led by owner, coach, and player Jimmy Pitts Jr., whose football background brings both credibility and lived experience to the organization. A standout defensive back at the collegiate level, Jimmy’s career was defined by production, consistency, and elite playmaking. Across four years at East Central University and Bethany College, he recorded 202 total tackles, 6 interceptions, and 25 pass breakups, earning three All-Conference selections and establishing himself as a reliable force in the secondary.
His playing career shapes the Empire’s defensive mindset and overall culture. Having built his success through preparation, film study, and accountability, Jimmy brings a detail-oriented, player-first approach to leadership. He understands the demands placed on athletes because he has lived them, and he applies those lessons daily within the program.

Coaching & Player Development
As both a coach and active participant in the program, Jimmy is deeply invested in athlete development. The Empire focus on fundamentals, football IQ, and situational execution, with an emphasis on defensive discipline and team communication. Players are coached to understand not just what to do, but why it matters—building confidence and adaptability in high-pressure moments.
Development within the Empire extends beyond the field. Athletes are expected to carry themselves with professionalism, support one another, and contribute to a culture built on respect and accountability.
